When Marcie Dardis, a self-taught painter looking to expand her skills, contacted The Roaming Studio for one-on-one art workshops, she had no idea that it would start an artistic revolution in her home.  Her husband, Barry, a retired engineer, began drawing and painting with her (there is no extra charge for up to four students in online art classes), and within six months, the two of them were invited to show at a local artist studio, to draw  chalk drawings on the sidewalk during a public art walk, and they've since produced dozens of paintings and drawings. 

"I had hit this point, painting on my own, where I was really stuck,"  says Marcie.  "But these online painting classes helped me push through those obstacles, teaching me new techniques and skills to get my passion back for painting."
